It includes 2 one on one training sessions
- Initial consultation (phone call, face time or similar)
- Running program tailored towards your goal race
- Strength routine exercises
- Sports nutrition coaching
- Adjustments of your training program as needed (follow ups-phone call, email, face time, etc.)
